There were large beds and central heating, a work desk, and television inside the room. The staff was very polite and welcoming, helped with every request. The location was particularly good, not very far from Parc Expo Mulhouse.

This good basic hotel had family atmosphere. The staff were excellent, with extra attention to the details. We got large room with 3 beds:)))

They offered a good choice of options for continental breakfast. The room was a nice size and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. The property was in the heart of the city. We had lunch in My Burger, placed close by.

Truly enjoyed my stay. It was fairly clean with nice customer service. The local staff were welcoming. The location was marvellous and perfect, just next door to the center of Mulhouse, the historic Mulhouse and the centre of Mulhouse and local transport links.

The breakfast they served was very very poor, hope one day it will be better.

This hotel is an absolute gem in terms of value for money. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the attention to detail is impressive. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city, close to all the museums and attractions. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the basic amenities in the rooms are all you need. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and at a modest price.

All in all, everything was just perfect.

It was very good value for money and the secure parking was a boon. A tramstop was close and only 2 stops away from the National Car Museum - great!

Magnificent super central location just off Mulhouse historic centre as well as restaurants and commerce. Loved the way our en suite and recently refurbished queen room with 3 beds was arranged.

Actually, Wi-Fi was bad and our bed was awful.

The location is unbeatable and easy, walk from a tram station. It provides excellent restaurant nearby. They have a continental breakfast.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes' walk to a vast car museum. The rooms are en suite and good sized, and are complete with a shower as well as open windows. Family atmosphere, though some people working here are unprofessional.

Staff was friendly and helpful, always there to assist. The location was excellent, close to the city center and with convenient parking facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were not adequately cleaned, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor.

So convenient in the middle of town and with tram outside. Easy to get to from train station if traveling by train . Spacious clean room with comfortable bed and great bathroom. This hotel was cheap compared with other locations and half the price of so called "budget" hotels in nearby Switzerland. Supermarket 2 doors down and take away food shops in same block.

No tea making facilities in room.
